1869 Deed from John B. Cornell to Alice J. Cornell
Franklin County Recorder, John B. Cornell, and Lucinda L. Merriss
This is a handwritten copy of a deed from John B. Cornell and Lucinda L. Cornell, husband and wife, to Alice J. Cornell. This legal document, dated August 27, 1869, deeds land previously owned by John and Lucinda to Alice. The document was amended on September 23, 1899, when Lucinda independently reaffirmed "that she is still satisfied" with the deed after her husband's death.
