Description
In May 2006, Jane Wu (the System Librarian at Otterbein) and Lois Szudy (the library director at Otterbein) were invited to visit five universities in China to explore the possibility of establishing an exchange program and interlibrary cooperation between Chinese academic libraries and Otterbein College. The libraries they visited included Shanghai Jiao Tong University in Shanghai, Tongji University in Shanghai, Beijing Jiao Tong University Library in Beijing, Southwest Jiao Tong University in Chengdu, and Northwestern Polytechnical University in Xian. Here is a group picture of Lois (4th from left in the first row) and Jane (3rd from left in the first row) with the library staff from Northwestern Polytechnical University on May 19th, 2006.
