Waist: Gathered, belt formed of eyelet like small peplum, hooked in back

Closure: Snaps, small hidden buttons in back
Decorative Detail: Elaborate 4 inch to 2 inch eyelet- almost Irish lace in appearance
Condition of Object: A few bleach spots at shoulders- splits in batiste, some careful mending- needs repairs- musty- should be washed
