Wooden sculpture from the Kingdom of Dahomey, which is modern day Benin. This sculpture is attributed to the Yoruba people. The base has a central human figure on a lion’s back and seven human figures standing around. Dimensions 15.25” x 5.5" x 7.5"
An exact date is unknown, but this was collected sometime between 1890 to 1970.
