This lecture documents Gayle’s sabbatical project to compose a multi-movement choral music composition using poems by Dayton native Paul Lawrence Dunbar, and to conduct this work with the Otterbein University Concert Choir at concerts in Westerville and on tour to Chicago in March, 2014.
